5. Transfers outside the EEA/UK
Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers in the USA, under standard safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework).

Form correspondence: until the matter concludes, then [12–24] months, then deleted. Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings (e.g. 2–14 months). Consent withdrawable anytime.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the President of the UODO (Poland) or the ICO (United Kingdom).
